Fall, October, time of harvest

and it marks the return to this blog.

the main focus of the blog will be food.

Way they do it in the old country (SKor anyway)


although i've been around Korean food for 30+ years, i'm still pretty green.

so i'll start off by covering the basic ingredients in Korean food and see where that takes us.

First up is Rice
